IRONTEX 150-01

Ironing belt made of a special Polyester/Meta-Aramide needlefelt of 1500 g/m², Strongly heat-set, thickness approx. 5,5 mm, fastening by belt-hooks made of stainless

steel, confectioning with reinforced fabric and covering-flap made of Meta-Aramide needlefelt of 400 g/m²

Roll goods in market usual widths from 150 to 400 mm and in piece-lengths from 25 up to 50 linear metres

Felt belt

Feeding band made of Polyester needlefelt, thickness 2,5 mm, special hardening, flame

singed and calendered on the linen side, welded edges

Widths: from 30 to 200 mm

Presentation: Rolls of approx. 50,- linear metres or bands in ready-made assembling

Perforated felt belt

thickness 2 mm , special hardening, flame singed and calendered on the linen side, welded edges, with perforations for vacuum feeding

Standard widths: 30 mm up to 200 mm

In all common perforation sizes and patterns

Presentation: Rolls of approx. 50, meters or bands in ready-made assembling

COMPRESSION WINDING BELT

It is manufactured from the same material as the ironer belt. The width generally varies between 40 and 50 mm.

The lower roller must be thoroughly cleaned before the winding process. The polyester surface should face the metal, and the Nomex side should face outwards.

The winding belt should be secured at both ends with rivets, and its underside should be glued to the metal.
