How to use

How to use

TogliSudore is used pure, spraying it onto dirty parts of the garment, before wash. Use a brush if necessary. How to use D Line Spotting Agents:

For identified stains, see D line spotting table to follow the correct sequence of spotting agents to avoid fixing the stains.

Use:
1. Wet the stain with water.
2. Apply some drops of pure D5 on the stain.
3. Wait for 15-30 seconds for the product to act, use a brush or a scraper if necessary.
4. Heat with a steam gun if necessary.
5. Rinse abundantly with water and dry with compressed air.
6. Repeat the treatment if necessary.

How to use:

Activ Superstat has to be used when the machine is full, in the second bath, dosing it in the button trap or with automatic dosing. In the washing programme exclude the passage in the filters and in the filtering system.

Quantity for use:
Continuous Distillation: 6 – 8 ml of Activ Superstat per Kg of clothes.
Manual Distillation: 12-15 ml of Activ Superstat per kg of clothes in the first wash with clean perchloroethylene. 5 ml per Kg of clothes in the following washes without distillation.
It cannot be used in pre-spotting.

Warning: the product could inhibit the filtering activity of filters. When using it, avoid the passage in the filtering system.

Antiacidin, Acid neutraliser - 5Kg

Acid neutraliser and prevents decomposition of perchloroethylene stabiliser.

• It is ideal for solvent treatment above all in the new closed circuit system where to a low consumption of perc it follows its high exploitation.

• During distillations prevents the formation of bad odours that will accompany solvent during washes.

• Prevents and avoids the corrosion of most delicate parts of the dry cleaning machines.

• It doesn’t create problems into the separator and into the purification plants of the contact water, on the contrary it keeps water as part of a range of excellent acidity in order to not affect the function of the cleaning device.

How to use:

In normal operation put into the distillation unit 10 grammes of ANTIACIDIN per every Kg of load of the dry cleaning machine.
ANTIACIDIN can be added also along with the filter powder in order to treat the solvent not only during distillation but during all washing stages.
ANTIACIDIN has to be put again in every cleaning into the distillation unit. In machines with continuous distillation the effect of ANTIACIDIN lasts for about 15 distillations.
